    By submitting a completed form you are making a commitment to the following
    requirements, should you be selected by the random registration process
    for Bay View Week of Handbells 2025.

    • To mark your music in accordance with my performance notes.

    • To work with your Position Coordinator and your neighboring ringers on
      1) the sharing of bells/chimes, and
      2) finding solutions for challenging places in the music.

    • To fully prepare your music before arriving at the Bay View Week of Handbells.

    • To be able to play your music up to performance tempo
      on the first downbeat of my baton.

    • To memorize all "Watch Windows" so you can
      keep your eyes on me throughout the entire section.

    Ringing Positions
    Please note every position you can ring proficiently,
    ranking them from 1 to 19 in order of preference:
       example: P1(C4-D4) 1    P2(E4-F4) 3    P3(G4-A4) 2
    Leave any position you are unable to ring or do not wish to ring blank.

    Bass Rack Chimes
    C2-B2 chimes plus GAB3 bells when the bass chimes are not needed
    BC : Chimes C2-B2 :

    Lower Bass - Lower bass positions consist of Teams with non-chromatic assignments
    Specific coverage for that bell will vary by piece. Adjustments for sharing or reassigning a bell/chime on a specific piece will be handled after Bass Bell Doubling information is distributed.
    LB1 : C3   C#/Db3   F3   F#/Gb3 :

    In addition to the assigned bells, each row will share a bell in the GAB2 range. Specific coverage for that bell will vary by piece.

    Upper Treble Bells
    For P8 through P11 you must be able to ring the octaves proficiently.
    Please note covering the 8s when needed are separate positions from covering the 7s.
